At Vision Organisation, you’ll represent established brands at events, roadshows and pop-ups across Singapore—approaching customers, understanding their needs and introducing products and services through face-to-face sales.
Your first customer approach might feel awkward. That’s where coaching comes in.
You’ll practise with the team, learn how to explain the campaign and get feedback on what to improve. As you build confidence, you’ll learn to handle questions, work towards sales goals and turn conversations into results.
🎓 No sales experience? We’ll teach you.
🤝 Fresh graduate or changing careers? You’re welcome.
📈 Ready for more responsibility? Progression into coaching and leadership depends on performance and consistency.
This is an active, full-time role with customer interaction, team training and performance-based earnings. It takes initiative, resilience and a willingness to keep learning—even when someone says “no thanks”.
