We’re looking for an experienced and responsible Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our hotpot team! ✨

💰 Salary: SGD 3,300 – 3,500/month
⏰ Working hours: 11:30am - 11:30pm (includes 2-hour break)
🗓️ Off days: 1 day per week
🍜 Experience: Min. 3 years in Chinese restaurant/hotpot management
🗣️ Language: Fluent in Mandarin, English proficiency 5+ (able to communicate)

Job Scope: 

  •  Assist the Manager with daily hotpot operations
  •  Manage and train front-line staff
  •  Monitor service standards and customer experience 
  •  Handle customer feedback, complaints, and urgent issues
  • Ensure company policies and procedures are followed
  • Assist with staff scheduling and floor management

Job Requirements:

  • Good at communicating and very clear
  • Service-oriented and puts customers first
  • Calm when handling complaints and good at solving problems
  • Able to get things done (strong execution) 
  • Responsible and a team player
  • Experienced in management and daily operations
  • Able to lead the team and maintain service standards
