Job Summary
You will assist dentists during patient treatments, manage the reception area efficiently, and respond to patient enquiries to ensure smooth clinic operations and positive patient experiences.
Responsibilities
- Prepare treatment areas and support patient care during dental procedures to assist dentists effectively
- Organize appointments, maintain patient records, and create a welcoming reception environment
- Respond promptly and clearly to patient enquiries to provide accurate information and support
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient clinic operations
- Adapt to flexible work hours, including some weekends and nights, to meet clinic scheduling needs
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Demonstrate willingness to learn new dental skills and procedures to enhance patient care
- Exhibit teamwork skills to contribute positively to the clinic environment
