Clinic Assistant / Patient Service Associate
S$2300 - 2800 / month
Job Description:
- Handle frontline clinic operations, including patient registration, appointment scheduling, referrals, medication dispensing and cashier duties.
- Attend to walk-in patients and respond to telephone enquiries professionally.
- Provide chaperone support and assist patients in understanding medical procedures.
- Maintain accurate patient records and monitor medication and drug inventory.
- Follow clinic SOPs strictly and conduct regular checks and audits to ensure compliance.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE N' level certificate.
- Comfortable standing for long hours.
- Good organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
