Working Hours: Mon–Thu 8am–6pm | Fri 8am–5pm

Job Responsibilities:
- Support procurement of equipment, materials and services.
- Prepare POs and maintain accurate procurement records.
- Liaise with suppliers on pricing, quotations and delivery schedules.
- Monitor timely delivery of goods and services.
- Support supplier management and sourcing of new suppliers.
- Assist with equipment inspection and registration.
- Support procurement strategies, cost-saving initiatives and project requirements.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Professional Qualification in Procurement, Supply Chain or related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant procurement experience, preferably in semiconductor or construction.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel.
- Able to communicate in English and Chinese.
- Team player with good coordination skills.
