JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Report to ISS Executive and Contract Manager
2. Oversees GS daily operations, housekeeping, butler and porter services.
3. Supervise butlers, porters and housekeepers
4. Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of facility
5. Assist Housekeeping Executive to coordinate with FPH’s vendors on services, delivery and collection, i.e. pest control, linen and laundry, waste collection and etc
6. Ensure staff are deployed efficiently to meet operational requirements
7. Issue supplies and cleaning tools to the staff
8. Lead project team and carry out periodic works
9. Ensure cleaning equipment and machinery is clean and in good working condition
10. Report facility defects and “lost and found”
11. Ensure work, health safety and hygiene of staff at workplace
12. Assist Contract Manager and Executive to conduct incident investigation and submit incident report
13. Conduct daily inspection
14. Conduct discharge audit/inspection
15. Provide timely feedback to GS Department
16. Ensure compliance with law and regulations
