📌 Job Description
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00am - 5.30pm
- Salary: Up to $2,800
- Location: Woodlands Area
📝 Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor shipments from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and status updates.
- Prepare, check and maintain shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, BL, AWB, DO and tax invoices.
- Ensure shipping documentation complies with company procedures and relevant requirements.
- Liaise with internal teams, freight forwarders and transporters to coordinate shipment arrangements.
- Handle shipment enquiries, phone calls, emails, filing and courier arrangements.
- Assist with light packing and other operational tasks while ensuring orders are completed on time.
✅ Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
