- Perform demand and forecast planning to support production requirements.
- Plan and schedule production orders based on demand, capacity, materials, and available resources.
- Coordinate with Project Leaders, Planners, and Production Supervisors to prioritize work according to delivery schedules.
- Manage material and production planning, including material requisitions, BOM maintenance, and implementation of design changes.
- Confirm customer orders based on material availability and production capacity.
- Plan and coordinate with the Purchasing team on material deliveries to ensure timely availability while minimizing excess inventory.
- Monitor material availability to ensure smooth and uninterrupted production.
- Prepare periodic reports on Excess & Obsolete (E&O) inventory and buy-down claims.
- Ensure timely closure of production orders to facilitate accurate and timely invoicing.
- Prepare and deliver ad-hoc reports for management and cross-functional teams, providing timely data analysis to support business decision-making.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, or a related discipline.
- Candidates with relevant experience in production planning, material planning, or supply chain operations are preferred.
