S$2500 - 3500 / month
- Manage mechanical & electrical maintenance and general facility upkeep.
- Maintain safety and security systems, including CCTV, access control, burglar alarms and facial recognition systems.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance for air-conditioning, lighting, machinery and other equipment.
- Ensure fire safety equipment is properly maintained and compliant with requirements.
- Manage and supervise contractors, including scheduling and on-site coordination.
- Coordinate office and factory renovation works with contractors and vendors.
- Liaise with building management on maintenance, safety and environmental matters.
- Assist with office/factory space planning and floor plan preparation.
- Handle related administrative duties, including preparation of PRs and POs.
