You will be outsourced to,
Duration: 6 months (extendable)
Location: Ubi (2 mins walk from Ubi MRT)
Salary: $2,600 monthly basic
Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 8.15am – 6.00pm (1 week of 10am to 8pm shift every 4 weeks)
Duties:
- Handle inbound phone calls and email enquiries
- Provide follow-up and accurately log call details into the system
Requirements:
- Minimum O levels/Higher Nitec
- Singaporean
