WHAT YOU'LL DO
Cooking (main duty)
- Prepare and cook lunch for approximately 30–35 children by 2:00 PM, as well as simple afternoon refreshments by 4:00 PM.
- Prepare ingredients; wash and put away pots, utensils and crockery
- Keep the kitchen clean and hygienic
- Check food and kitchen supplies, and tell the centre when items run low
Light cleaning
- Wipe dining tables and the eating area after meals
- Sweep and mop the kitchen and dining area
- Clear rubbish
