What you will do
• Answer enquiries by phone, WhatsApp and email (repairs, pricing, products)
• Welcome walk-in customers and keep every visit smooth
• Update customers on repair status and timelines
• Process in-store payments and keep accurate records
• Support visual merchandising and daily housekeeping
• Help with day-to-day admin
What we are looking for
• 2+ years in a customer-facing role (service centre, retail, front desk or customer service); 3+ an advantage
• Clear, confident communicator, spoken and written
• Calm, positive and professional under pressure
• Organised and detail-minded, with good admin skills; able to prioritise and multitask
• Works well independently and in a team
Terms
• Full-time, on-site
• 3-month probation, then a 1-year contract
• Strong performers considered for a permanent role after the contract, subject to business needs
• Paid annual leave: 7 days in year one, rising each year
• Onboarding and on-the-job training provided
Hours
• Mon–Fri 10am–7pm; Sat 10am–3pm
• Closed Sundays and public holidays
