Job Responsibilities

  • Assist with food preparation, including cutting ingredients, preparing garnishes and blind baking pie crusts.
  • Assist with assembling and decorating pastry, baking and reheating food.
  • Vacuum-pack food items as instructed.
  • Organise ingredients, utensils and kitchen supplies under the guidance of the full-time team.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy kitchen, including cleaning workstations and equipment.
  • Follow food handling, hygiene and safety procedures.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a kitchen or food preparation role.
  • A valid food hygiene certificate.
  • Able to follow instructions and work well with the kitchen team.

Attire

  • Wear a dark color T-shirt and covered shoes.
  • Uniform/apron will be provided.
