Singapura Otter is looking for a friendly, energetic F&B Sales Associate to join our kiosk at Jewel Changi Airport. You’ll be serving travellers and locals, scooping ice cream, recommending our Singapore-inspired treats and souvenirs, and making every visit a little more memorable. 🦦🇸🇬
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Welcome and engage customers with warmth and good energy
• Scoop and serve ice cream at our kiosk
• Recommend products and confidently share their stories
• Drive sales through friendly recommendations and upselling
• Work towards individual and store sales targets
• Operate the POS and handle payments accurately
• Replenish stock and keep displays neat and inviting
• Assist with stock counts and incoming deliveries
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food hygiene
• Be a proud Singapura Otter brand ambassador
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Must be able to speak Mandarin comfortably to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers
• Friendly, outgoing and comfortable starting conversations
• Enjoys selling and recommending products
• Customer-focused with a positive, can-do attitude
• Comfortable handling and scooping ice cream
• Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced kiosk environment
• A good team player who can also work independently
• Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and Public Holidays
• Previous retail, F&B or sales experience is a plus
WORKING HOURS
• 44 hours per week
• Alternate 5-day / 6-day work week
• Rotating shifts, including weekends and Public Holidays
• Location: Jewel Changi Airport
