Location: Punggol / Pasir Panjang
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM OR 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Mon – Fri
Salary: $13 per hour
Employment Type: Floater / Part Time / Contract
Job Summary
We are looking for a Floater with good IT skills and strong attention to detail to support daily administrative and access control processes within a (GovTech) environment.
The successful candidate will be required to process card access applications, follow up on pending requests, and assist in clearing outstanding backlogs. Due to the nature of the environment, security awareness and strict adherence to procedures are essential.
Job Responsibilities
Process and manage card access applications according to established procedures.
Verify and ensure access requests are properly submitted and processed.
Each access entry may take approx. 20 mins to process, with regular follow-up required.
Follow up closely on pending or incomplete access requests.
Assist in clearing backlogs and outstanding access requests.
Maintain accurate records and update the status of applications.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Follow all security, access control and GovTech requirements strictly.
Provide general administrative and IT-related support when required.
Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
Good IT skills and comfortable using computer systems and applications.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new systems quickly.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good follow-up skills and able to manage multiple pending requests.
Responsible, organized and able to work independently.
Comfortable working in a security-sensitive / Gov environment strictly follow established processes and security procedures.
