📍Location: Upper Thomson (Sin Ming)
💸Pay: $2400 / $2800
⌛Duration: 1 year contract
🕓Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm
*For Backend position ($2800), might need to standby to cover weekend - 4 weekdays, 1 weekend
📝Responsibilities
- Attend to enquiries at the counter
- Assist in account registration
- Reply to Zendesk/email/chat enquires
- Handle escalation cases via calls
- Administrative duties as assigned
✅Requirements
- Must have customer service / call centre experience
- Strong verbal and written communication + interpersonal skills
