Full Stack Engineer - 1658

Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain secure, scalable, and high-quality full-stack applications across frontend and backend.
- Establish and drive adoption of software engineering standards and best practices, covering code quality, testing, security, CI/CD and production readiness.
- Conduct technical and code reviews and drive improvements in software quality, maintainability and developer productivity.
- Drive adoption of AI-DLC, including appropriate practices and guardrails for AI-assisted development throughout the SDLC.
- Develop reusable engineering guidelines, patterns and quality gates to improve consistency across development teams.
- Mentor developers, facilitate technical knowledge sharing and improve engineering capability and maturity.
Experience & Skills Needed
- Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Computer/Electronics Engineering, Information Technology or related discipline.
- Strong hands-on experience in full-stack development, including modern frontend and backend technologies, APIs and database integration.
- Strong knowledge of software design, automated testing, CI/CD and secure development practices.
- Experience with cloud platforms, containerisation and application observability.
- Demonstrated experience in technical leadership, engineering best-practice adoption and developer mentoring.
- Practical experience with AI-assisted software development and AI-DLC practices.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
Added Advantage
- Hands-on experience with AWS, GitLab CI/CD and Kubernetes/EKS.
- Experience implementing automated engineering quality or security gates within CI/CD pipelines
