Jobscope:
Preparation and production of food products
Ensure all products are produced in accordance to regulatory guidelines
Ensure all kitchen equipment are well maintained according to the food safely standard and procedures
Basic housekeeping of the kitchen
Any ad hoc duties assigned
!!! Minimum 1 year experience as pastry chef / central kitchen pastry staff will be advantageous
