💼 What You'll Do
- Perform professional body massage treatments to company standards
- Prepare treatment rooms and ensure supplies are well stocked
- Review consultation forms to ensure treatments are suitable for guests
- Recommend suitable treatments, products and wellness programmes
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and sterilisation
- Care for equipment and treatment products responsibly
- Provide excellent customer service and handle enquiries professionally
- Support daily operations and attend regular training sessions
👤 What We're Looking For
- Recognised spa therapy qualification (CIDESCO, CIBTAC, NITEC or WSQ)
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- Passion for wellness and delivering outstanding guest experiences
- Positive attitude with excellent communication skills
- Team player who enjoys learning and growing
