✨ JOB SCOPE
- Handle admin & documentation work
- Maintain and update records / trackers
- Coordinate with internal teams & vendors
- Follow up on pending requests
- Update asset & access records
- Prepare simple status updates
- Ensure documents are complete and accurate
✨ WORKING HOURS
📌 Mon–Thu: 8:30am – 6:00pm
📌 Fri: 8:30am – 5:30pm
📍 LOCATION (Nearest MRT)
🚇 Dakota MRT (CC8)
🚇Tanjong Katong MRT (TE 25)
✨ REQUIREMENTS
✅ Comfortable with 6 months – 1 year contract
✅ Good communication & coordination skills
✅ Comfortable with Excel / documentation
✅ Organised & detail-oriented
✅ Admin / coordination experience is a plus
✅ No experience are welcome to apply
