- Provide follow-up and accurately log call details into the system
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification Higher Nitec
- Customer Service or Call Center Experience
- Good Communication Skills
- Comfortable Handling Calls & Emails
- Tech-Savvy and Customer-Oriented
