Kay’s Manufacturing Pte Ltd is seeking a CNC Programmer to support our machining operations. This role focuses on programming Vertical Machining Centres (VMCs) using Mastercam, working primarily from 2D technical drawings to produce precision parts, jigs and fixtures.
You will be responsible for generating efficient CNC programs, selecting appropriate tools and machining parameters, and supporting production to improve quality and cycle time.
Key Responsibilities
Program CNC jobs for VMCs using Mastercam
Interpret and work from 2D technical drawings
Select tools, cutting parameters and machining strategies
Support machining operations and continuous improvement
Ensure accuracy, surface finish and dimensional quality
Requirements
Experience in CNC programming for VMCs
Proficient in Mastercam
Able to interpret 2D engineering drawings
Familiar with machining processes and tooling
Added Advantage
Able to operate manual milling machines
Able to operate turning lathes
