The role will support project migration activities for a MNC Bank.
As part of a banking migration initiative, candidate is to support a variety of migration activities, including understanding system behavior, validating testing results, checking for data reports, contractual/ repapering activities if any, and to also support SMEs on BAU activities
Key Responsibilities:
- Support/ Execute end-to-end operational migration activities, including contract repapering if any, system checking, client/account data remediation etc.
- Perform validation on post migration checks on system behavior
- Perform account-level maintenance, updates if required
- Support SMEs on BAU activities so that SMEs can review and validate complicated scenarios
- Support update of process note to reflect Project Anchor changes where applicable
Knowledge/Experience:
Essential
0-2 years banking experience
Desirable
1 – 3+ years of relevant operational or banking experience (or a bachelor's degree with relevant financial services internships / co-op experience)
Skills:
Essential
Microsoft Office tools, excel skills
Desirable
Banking system, experience in User Acceptance Testing review process, familiar with account/ data handling/ exercise.
Qualifications:
Essential
Bachelor’s degree and above

- Meticulous in validation/ checking, attention to details
- Multi-Tasking skills
- Ability to manage prioritized workloads during high-volume cutover weekends and project phases
