Location: 7 Clementi Loop
Pay: $12/hr
Duration: Min 2 months
Working Hours: Mon to Thu, 8am to 6pm + Fri, 8am to 5pm
Responsibilities
- Administers and operates the organization's warehouses, including processing, destruction, and storage of all physical assets.
- Accounts for all assets in the stores facilities; audits goods received into warehouse.
- Oversees receipt, storage, moves and shipment of assets, and related reporting in accordance with established procedures.
- Prepares and coordinates schedules for shipping and receiving materials to control the flow of goods and regulate warehouse space.
- Ensures the effectiveness of operating procedures, space utilization, and maintenance and protection of facilities and equipment.
- Provide sorting of documents from customer cartons to an empty container
- Performs routine facility tasks, such as assisting to move boxes of paper and cartons boxes
- Take turns with general light janitorial duties, such as sweeping floors and area cleaning
- The operations module is more like a production chain where the staff need to stand almost whole day to do the sorting
- Perform other related jobs as needed (e.g.: housekeeping, cleaning of machine, area cleaning; etc.)
