Patient Service Associate (Contact Centre | Woodlands South & Macpherson)

Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, live chat, and messaging
- Manage emergency and fire-related communication protocols
- Coordinate with internal departments on enquiries and requests
- Handle customer feedback and maintain accurate CRM records
- Support emergency activations such as Code Blue and Trauma Activation
- Participate in trainings, tests, and audits when required
Requirements:
- Customer service-oriented with good interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office and data entry
- Able to work independently and as a team
Salary & Benefits:
- Up to $3250 (Basic + Allowance)
- Yearly bonus
- 5-day work week
Working Hours (Rostered Shift):
- AM: 7:30AM – 5:00PM
- MID: 11:30AM – 9:00PM
