💼 WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
👥 Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Source and engage candidates through various recruitment platforms
- Post and manage job advertisements
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements
- Conduct candidate interviews and coordinate interview arrangements
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
🤝 Candidate Management
- Understand candidates' career goals, job preferences and expectations
- Guide candidates through suitable job opportunities
- Assist with onboarding, employment documentation and payroll-related matters
- Maintain good relationships with candidates throughout their employment journey
🏢 Client & Account Management
- Liaise with companies to understand their hiring needs
- Coordinate recruitment requirements between clients and candidates
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Support clients in finding suitable candidates for their manpower needs
📈 Business Development
- Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities
- Build your own portfolio of corporate clients
- Understand clients' manpower challenges and recommend suitable recruitment solution
