Job Responsibilities:
-Perform general production operator duties to uphold quality standard, ensure safe and efficient operations at work.
-Operate cooking machines according to standard procedure.
-Preparation of ingredients based on standard procedure.
-Check and inspect of raw/ finish material.
-Maintain proper general kitchen cleanliness of the kitchen.
-Follow safety, BRCGS, SFA and company SOPs at all times.
-Highlight any issues to superior and seek resolutions immediately.
-Any other job duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Prior experience in food manufacturing operations is preferred
• Valid Food Safety and Hygiene Certificate required
• Ability to work rotating 3-shift schedule (Monday to Friday)
• Strong attention to detail with commitment to maintaining food safety and quality standards
• Physical capability to perform production duties and stand for extended periods
• Team player with good communication skills and willingness to take on additional responsibilities as assigned
