Operations Officer (Parks)

Job Description:

- Management of feedback from multiple channels
- Coordinating relevant follow-up actions with multiple parties required to address the feedback.
- Verifying work done as part of the follow-up actions.
- Conducting onsite surveillance to verify the feedback received and for enforcement purposes.
- Conducting onsite surveys.
- Conducting face-to-face engagements with feedback providers (FPs), public and pet owners on site
- Taking necessary actions to address and resolve the feedback, including consulting supervisors/team members and other agencies.


Job Requirement :

- Must have a Diploma in any fields.
- Possess good writing, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Patient, attentive, approachable and customer-oriented.
- Willing to work in an outdoor environment.
- Team player with initiative, drive and good interpersonal/communication skills and able to work independently

- Mon to Fri : 8.30am to 6pm
