The Opportunity
- Work with US MNC within Semiconductor industry
- Monday - Friday: 830am-530pm
- North - Woodlands
- 1 year contract - renewable /convertible (subjected to performance)
- Salary: up to $3850
The Talent
- Minimum 1 year of payroll experience, including end-to-end payroll processing in a high-volume environment
- Good knowledge of CPF, tax regulations, and statutory payroll requirements
- Meticulous, proactive, and able to handle confidential information while meeting tight deadlines
Job Description
- Manage end-to-end payroll operations, including time & attendance processing, monthly/off-cycle payroll runs, and payroll system administration
- Handle employee lifecycle payroll activities, including final payments, leave encashment, overtime, severance payments, and IR21 tax clearance submissions
- Partner with HR, Finance, and Employee Relations teams to resolve payroll-related matters and support month-end reporting requirements
- Respond to employee payroll enquiries promptly and accurately, ensuring compliance with established service standards and statutory requirements
