Subway Restaurant Manager – Singapore
Location: Punggol (1 outlet Punggol Plaza, 1 outlet in Northshore Plaza)
Industry: Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) / F&B (Halal Certified)
Job Summary
We are looking for a hands-on and responsible Restaurant Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day operations of our Subway restaurants (2 outlets).
The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for delivering strong sales and profitability while ensuring excellent customer service, food quality, cleanliness and compliance with Subway's operating standards.
This is a hands-on role. The successful candidate should be comfortable managing the team while also supporting operations during busy periods.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
Ensure smooth opening, closing and shift operations.
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, cleanliness and customer service.
Handle customer feedback and resolve service issues professionally.
Take responsibility for achieving outlet sales targets.
Monitor daily and monthly sales performance and identify opportunities to increase revenue.
Manage food cost, wastage, labour cost and other controllable expenses
Recruit, train, schedule and supervise restaurant team members.
Prepare staff rosters according to expected sales and manpower requirements.
Ensure adequate staffing during peak periods while controlling labour costs.
Manage ordering and inventory levels to ensure adequate stock without over-ordering.
Verify daily cash reconciliation and deposits.
Requirements
Previous experience in F&B, QSR, restaurant or retail operations.
Restaurant supervisory or management experience preferred.
Strong leadership and people-management skills.
