Salary: Basic: $2,300 + Store target Commission + Quarterly target Incentives
5-day, 44hrs per week
Retail hours & must commit to weekends

Responsibilities:
- Manage all sales activities in-store, maintaining high standards for service and brand image.
- Deliver consistent and quality customer service by identifying clients’ needs and building strong relationships.
- Engage in the sales process and provide excellent post-sale support.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, exhibiting professionalism, respect, and commitment.
- Adhere to company procedures and ensure accuracy in all transactions.
Requirements:
- Possess 1-2 years of relevant experience in retail sales.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service and meeting sales objectives.
- Ability to maintain high standards in product presentation and customer experience.
