💰 Gross Salary: $2,000 – $3,000
📅 6-Day Work Week | Rostered Off Day

Shift Options:
☀️ Full Shift: 10am – 10pm | 2-hour break
🌙 Night Shift: 5pm – 3am | 1-hour break

Working hours are subject to final confirmation.

🍳 Job Scope

  • Prepare and cut vegetables, meat, seafood & other ingredients
  • Assist chefs with food preparation and mise en place
  • Replenish ingredients during service
  • Assist with basic cooking & plating when required
  • Receive and store ingredients properly
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, equipment & workstations
  • Follow food safety & hygiene procedures
  • Support chefs during busy service periods

✅ Requirements

  • Kitchen / F&B experience preferred
  • Chinese restaurant kitchen experience is an advantage
  • Basic knife & ingredient preparation skills preferred
  • Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Good hygiene awareness
  • Reliable, hardworking & willing to learn
  • Able to work weekends & PH according to roster
