Key Responsibilities
Kitchen Operations
- Assist with food preparation following SOP
- Rotate across kitchen stations (gunkan, sides, kaburi, grilled items)
- Maintain food hygiene standards and perform dishwashing
Service Operations
- Deliver quality customer service (5 steps):
- Greet and seat guests
- Introduce menu and specials
- Manage tables during dining
- Handle billing and cashiering
- Set up and clear tables
Closing & Cleaning
- Perform closing duties (dishwashing, cleaning stations, maintaining cleanliness)
- Clean service and dining areas during off-peak and scheduled sessions
- Carry out additional duties as assigned by manager
Requirements
- Good communication skills and positive attitude
- Willing to learn; proactive and enthusiastic
- Able to handle repetitive, physically demanding work
- Comfortable with long standing hours and machinery use
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Able to work until 10pm or later, or as early as 8am for selected outlets
- Food hygiene certification preferred (class provided if needed)
- No experience required (training provided)
