We’re introducing a new florist section within Little Farms Grocery Retail, and we’re looking for a *Florist* who wants to help shape it.
Whether you love creating thoughtful bouquets, connecting with customers or exploring new floral styles, this is an opportunity to put your craft to work and grow alongside a small, hands-on team.
💐 What you’ll help create
- Flowers that make everyday moments special
Craft bouquets and arrangements for homes, gifts, celebrations and “just because” occasions.
- Relationships that keep customers coming back
Get to know customers, understand their preferences and help them choose flowers with confidence.
- A florist section with personality
Bring ideas for seasonal displays, bouquet styles and new offerings that reflect the Little Farms experience.
- Quality in every stem
Care for flowers and foliage, maintain freshness and help manage stock and wastage.
- A team that grows together
Work closely with retail colleagues, share your knowledge and support smooth daily operations.

- Experience in floristry, with confidence in bouquet-making and floral arrangements.
- Knowledge of flower handling, conditioning and care.
- A creative eye for color, texture and presentation
- Good organization and availability for retail shifts, including weekends and PHs
