The role involves supporting the school’s ICT teaching and learning programmes by conducting IT lessons and training for students from P1 to P6, as well as providing guidance to teachers and staff on the effective use of Web 2.0 tools, tablets, laptops, and other digital technologies. Responsibilities include teaching skills such as touch typing, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva, digital literacy, coding, e-book creation, animation, video and photo editing, digital art, and presentation tools. The role also includes conducting and supporting CCA activities such as Digital Media and Robotics, developing lesson resources with teachers, managing computer laboratory bookings, ICT equipment and assets, and assisting with ICT procurement and administration. In addition, the personnel will support school events through photography, video recording, editing, montages and other digital media production, create surveys and presentations, design ICT certificates, support Code for Fun programmes, and assist in implementing ICT training and good digital practices across the school. Other ad-hoc ICT duties may be assigned by the School Leaders, HOD (ICT), SH (ICT), ICT Manager, and other school staff.
