Chef de Partie – Nozomi (Millenia Walk)
Nozomi is a modern Japanese dining concept rooted in kaiseki principles, quality, seasonality, and thoughtful presentation. Known for bentos, donburi, sushi, sashimi, and seasonal specials, we offer a calm, curated dining experience across our Millenia Walk and The Star Vista outlets.
We're looking for a committed Chef de Partie to join our culinary team and help deliver a refined, quietly memorable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Executive Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations
- Prepare and execute dishes to a high standard with consistency and attention to detail
- Handle and prepare raw fish and seafood as part of daily mise en place
- Participate in over-the-counter service: present dishes, interact with guests, assist with beverage refills (water, tea, sake)
- Contribute to menu development and recipe testing
- Maintain a clean, organized station in compliance with food hygiene and safety standards
- Manage ingredients responsibly to support cost control and minimize waste
- Support events, activations, and other restaurant initiatives
- Carry out additional tasks as assigned by the Head Chef
Location: Millenia Walk (above Promenade MRT)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent - fresh graduates welcome
Schedule: 5-day work week, day shifts between 10:30am - 9:30/10:00pm, 1.5-hour break daily

- At least 1 year of professional kitchen experience preferred
