QA Inspector - Manufacturing - Precision Engineering - Singaporean

🔄 Rotating Shift
🌤️ Morning: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
🌙 Night: 10:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Requirements
- Singaporean ONLY
- NITEC / Diploma in Engineering, QA/QC or related field
- 1–3 years QA/QC or manufacturing experience preferred
- Able to read technical drawings & specifications
- Familiar with measuring tools -calipers, micrometers, gauges & Smartscope
- Knowledge of ISO & quality inspection processes
- Basic computer & documentation skills
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct inspection and verification of materials, processes and products, to ensure compliance to quality requirements
- Check products against drawings, specifications & standards
- Ensure good documentation records for all inspections
- Timely feedback to the Head of Department on any non-conformance and ab normality detected during the inspection process or surveillance
- Perform First Article inspection
- Co-ordinate with Sales or other units on matters concerning delivery or service
- Support engineering evaluations as per assigned by engineers
- Assist with root cause analysis & CAPA
- Ensure ISO & company quality compliance
