Dining Area Preparation and Setup

  • Proper table setting including setting up items such as crookery and menu.
  • Replenish supplies such as serviette, table ware and refill condiments.

Customer Service and F&B Service

  • Usher customer to their table.
  • Present menus to customers，inform customers of promotional items and answer questions about menu items, making recommendations upon request.
  • Taking customers’ order and prepare drinks and dessert to customer.
  • Serve food and beverages to customers.
  • Clean tables after customers have finished dining and take them to kitchen for cleaning.

Cashiering and Closing Duties

  • Perform cashiering at times.
  • Perform opening and closing duties such as drinks preparation and housekeeping.
  • Dishwashing when required.

Other Ad-hoc Duties

  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
