About the role
The Project Manager drives operational improvement, business transformation, project delivery, workforce optimisation, and performance improvement across Ground Handling operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead process improvement and transformation projects
- Apply Lean, Six Sigma, TQM, and continuous improvement methodologies
- Analyse operational issues and implement data-driven solutions
- Manage cross-functional projects, including workforce optimisation, systems implementation, and process redesign
- Manage project scope, timelines, resources, risks, budgets, forecasts, and deliverables
- Develop business cases and track operational and financial benefits
- Drive change management and stakeholder collaboration
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Aviation, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Strong experience in project management, process improvement, operational excellence, or business transformation
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in Power BI, Excel, project management, and reporting tools
- Aviation, airport, ground handling, logistics, or transportation experience is an advantage
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/CSM, Lean Six Sigma, or TQM certification is highly advantageous
- Must be eligible for airside security clearance
