Join Our Dessert Store Team!
We are looking for responsible and service-oriented team members to join our dessert store.
Responsibilities:
- Handle daily operations at the store counter, including opening and closing duties.
- Prepare and sell desserts and beverages according to company standards.
- Provide friendly and professional service to customers.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and overall tidiness of the store.
- Assist with product photography or short video content for store promotion and social media (if applicable).
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily store operations.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills.
- Positive attitude and strong service awareness.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail or food & beverage environment.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Interest or basic experience in photography or short video creation is a plus (not required).
- Previous retail or F&B experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Salary & Benefits:
- Monthly salary: SGD $1,800 – $2,500 (depending on experience).
- Commission based on individual and store performance.
Working Hours:
- Morning shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Afternoon/Evening shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- 4 rest days per month (based on roster).
