Job Description:
- Prepare and cook Chinese dishes according to recipes and standards.
- Maintain food quality, taste, and portion control.
- Prepare ingredients, manage stock, and keep the kitchen clean.
- Follow SFA food safety and hygiene standards.
- Work with the kitchen team during busy periods.
- Assist with menu planning and food cost control.
- Train and guide junior kitchen staff.

Job Requirements:
- At least 5 years’ experience as a Chinese Cuisine Chef at a Hotel or Restaurant.
- Skilled in Chinese Cooking techniques including wok cooking, steaming, boiling, braising, and sauce preparation.
- WSQ Food Safety Course Level 1 / Food Hygiene Certificate required.
- Knowledge of food costing and inventory management.
- Able to work in a fast paced environment, including weekends and public holidays.
- Good teamwork, stamina, and attention to quality.
