S$5000 - 6000 / month

Operations & Project Coordination
•     Plan & coordinate daily maintenance activities on fixed and portable painting, blasting & rotating equipment at the main workshop and across multiple operational work sites.
•    Create & review safe work procedure sand work method statements for all maintenance scopes.
•    Schedule manpower, equipment, materials, & subcontractors to meet project timelines.
•     Monitor project progress & ensure work completion according to client specification sand quality standards.
•     Support maintenance shutdowns, turnaround projects, & adhoc site maintenance activities.
•     Prepare daily, weekly, & monthly operational reports.

Contractor Management
•     Ensure contractors comply with project specification & safety requirements.
•     Verify vendor competence for maintenance related tasks.
•     Review & approve vendor maintenance service reports.
•     Monitor & verify vendor costs.

Safety & Compliance
•     Familiarity with workplace safety and Health (WSH) regulations, permit-to-work systems, risk assessments, & safe work procedures.
•     WSQ workplace safety & Health certification preferred.
•     Knowledge of Biz safe requirements preferred.
•    Work-at-Height Assessor/supervisor certification will be an advantage

Technical Skills
•     Strong understanding of industrial maintenance practices, project execution, resource planning, & operational coordination.
•     Proficient in Microsoft office applications.
•     Experience with ERP, CMMS, or project management systems will be an advantage.

Education
•     Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Marine Engineering, or related discipline

Experience
•     Minimum 5-8years of experience in industrial maintenance, engineering services, construction, marine, offshore, oil & gas, petrochemical ,asset integrity, or related industries.
