Spring Technician
$2,200 – $3,200
Pioneer
Monday – Thursday 7am – 7pm

Job Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate precision spring machines according to production schedules and specifications.
  • Program and operate spring machines, including Itaya machines.
  • Perform machine inspection, material changes and production setup checks.
  • Liaise with QA for setup qualification and work-in-progress inspection.
  • Monitor production output, machine utilization, rejects and production records.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting, including resolving arbor/cutter burr issues.
  • Handle material requisition, scanning, recording, return and production order closure.
  • Follow production specifications, customer requirements and workplace safety procedures.

Requirements:

  • Experience operating precision spring machines, preferably Itaya machines.
  • Knowledge of spring manufacturing processes and machine operations.
  • Able to read and interpret technical drawings and production documents.
