Job Summary
Estudio Technologies seeks a dedicated and meticulous Sales Support to assist and contribute to the sales team’s overall success
Responsibilities
- Manage customer enquiries, quotations, technical proposal, tender submissions, product specifications, contract administration
- Coordinate order fulfilment activities, order processing, document preparation and general communication with clients
- Respond to client’s inquiries and provide excellent client service
- Assist to research and map alternative technology products against your requirements
- Understands technical terminology and can communicate with suppliers
- Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure seamless delivery of product and services
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as required
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum Nitec certificate or diploma qualification
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point)
- Proficient in using CAD Drawing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to details, strong organisational and multitasking skills with ability to priorities and meet deadlines
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in Sales or customer service industry
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
