Customer Service Agent (Concierge) – Jewel Changi Airport

We are looking for a warm, approachable, and engaging individual who is confident in interacting with people from diverse backgrounds. You should bring a positive, energetic, and solutions-focused attitude, with strong listening and interpersonal skills. A professional presentation and commitment to delivering excellent customer service are essential.

Job Responsibilities:
Assist guests with lost and found enquiries
Facilitate redemption of ongoing promotions
Proactively introduce and extend tourist privileges to visitors
Handle general enquiries and provide way-finding assistance

Salary:
Gross monthly salary of up to $3,430

Working Hours & Schedule:
4 days work, 2 days off
10:00 AM – 10:00 PM

Requirements:
Singaporeans only
Minimum of 1 GCE ‘O’ Level credit
