Job Responsibilities :
-Create engaging and effective job advertisements and publish them across relevant job portals and social media platforms.
-Proactively source and identify suitable candidates through various recruitment channels, including direct sourcing and headhunting.
-Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates who meet the job requirements.
-Conduct initial phone screenings and participate in face-to-face interviews to assess candidates’ experience, skills, and suitability for the role.
-Coordinate and facilitate the interview and selection process between candidates and hiring managers.
-Discuss salary expectations, employment terms, and benefits with selected candidates, and facilitate the offer process.
-Manage the onboarding process for successful candidates and ensure a smooth transition into their new roles.
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records, recruitment databases, and applicant tracking systems.
-Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support ongoing and future hiring requirements.
Requirements:
-Good interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
-Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a sales and KPI-driven environment.
-Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
-Positive attitude, resilient, and willing to learn.
