Service • Greet and provide excellent customer service. Able to grill meat for Korean bbq will be higher salary!
• Clear and clean tables quickly to maintain restaurant cleanliness and readiness
• Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and service standards at all times, must have FHC.
Kitchen • Assist in the preparation of ingredients (washing, cutting, portioning, marinating, etc.).
• Ensure kitchen equipment and utensils are cleaned and maintained properly.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards (NEA/SFA guidelines) and must have FHC.
Dishwashing• Washing dishes and maintain kitchen hygiene by cleaning equipment and utensils properly.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards (NEA/SFA guidelines) and must have FHC.
• Keep the dish pit, sinks, drains and surrounding floors clean and free of debris throughout the shift.
• Empty trash bins, clear food waste, and manage recycling or cardboard boxes.
Requirements•Valid Food Hygiene certificate • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
