About the role
Deliver excellent nail services including manicure/pedicure, extension and gel nail services. Recommend various nail designs and nail art to clients, evaluate the conditions of customers' nails and advise them on proper nail care and suitable nail care treatments.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver excellent nail services including manicure/pedicure, extension and gel nail services
- Recommend various nail designs and nail art to clients
- Evaluate the conditions of customers' nails and advise them on proper nail care and suitable nail care treatments
- Provide follow up services and assist all staff for consult
- Lead a team
- Attend and resolve customers' complaints
- Attend enquiries and make appointments
About you
- Minimum 2 years of Supervisor/Consultant (Manicure/Pedicure) management experience
- Able to provide different nails services
