About the role
We are looking for a Beauty Consultant to join our team, provide professional beauty treatments, and deliver excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Provide professional analysis, consultation, and advice to customers on suitable beauty products and treatments
- Perform facial treatments for customers
- Handle customer enquiries, requests, and complaints
- Build good relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits
- Manage appointments and welcome customers
- Follow up with customers after treatments
- Maintain good service quality, cleanliness, and outlet standards
About you
- Minimum 2 years of relevant beauty industry experience
- No experience are welcome
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred
- Relevant beauty qualifications such as NiTEC, CIBTAC, ITEC, or equivalent are preferred
- Good knowledge of facial and beauty treatments
- Able to lead, coach, and motivate a team
- Immediate availability is preferred
