👧🏻Responsibilities👦🏻
- Handle customer enquiries via phone and email
- Prepare shipping and import/export documents
- Monitor shipments and coordinate timely delivery
- Process invoices accurately and promptly
- Ensure import/export operations comply with SOPs
- In-house software training provided
🌟 Prior experience in the Shipping Industry will be an advantage
